SINGAPORE, 13 October 2026: SIMPPLE Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPPL) ("SIMPPLE" or the "Company"), a Singapore-headquartered facility management technology company, today announced that it has signed a partnership with Purie AI Smartlabs India Pvt. Ltd. ("Purie AI") to support SIMPPLE's expansion into India's facility management market. Under the partnership, Purie AI will act as the distributor for SIMPPLE's security robots and a reseller of SIMPPLE Software in India.

India market expansion

India is the world's most populous country according to the United Nations, and its commercial, industrial and institutional building stock continues to grow with urbanisation. This expands the base of facilities that require structured cleaning, security and maintenance operations, which is the segment SIMPPLE's technology addresses.

The partnership connects SIMPPLE's Singapore-developed facility management technology with an India-based automation business. Purie AI operates across artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT and mechatronics, with in-house research, development and engineering, and a service and commissioning network across India.

The arrangement gives SIMPPLE a local distribution and software resale channel to pursue opportunities in India. The Company's focus is on bringing its approach to integrated facility operations to the market, connecting equipment, building data and workforce activity within daily operations.

Technology for integrated facility operations

SIMPPLE Software is designed to connect compatible third-party robots, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, workforce operations and building systems through a common software layer.

It consolidates workforce deployment, robot activity and IoT sensor data in one platform. This gives facility managers and service contractors a common view of operational work, including what was completed and which team or robot carried it out.

The software is designed to accommodate technologies from different manufacturers and compatible assets such as lifts, doors, access control and building management systems. This allows operators to introduce automation alongside existing systems and manage it through a common operating environment.

"India is a significant market for facility management technology, and entering it with a partner that has local engineering, service and commissioning capability is the right way to do it. The partnership with Purie AI gives SIMPPLE a channel for our security robots and software, and we look forward to building on it," said Daryl Pat, Chief Executive Officer of SIMPPLE.

"The partnership gives us a local channel for SIMPPLE's security robots and software in India. We look forward to working with Purie AI to introduce our approach to integrated facility operations to the market, and we thank Rajesh Ramachandran and the Purie AI team for their support," said Su Youyi, Director of Business Development at SIMPPLE.
