(NASDAQ: SPPL, “SIMPPLE”, “the Company”) and LionsBot International (“LionsBot”) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of a strategic partnership, to promote mutual development, paving the way for both sides to work closely together in expanding SIMPPLE Ecosystem offerings in geographies beyond the Singapore market.
Under the MOU, IFSC (SIMPPLE) and LionsBot will work together to make cleaning operations easier and more efficient by integrating robotic solutions from LionsBot with SIMPPLE Ecosystem. Through SIMPPLE, data from LionsBot robots will be made available to end-users through an insightful dashboard. In the future, SIMPPLE’s flagship patented Autonomic Intelligence Engine – SIMPPLE AI – will be able to activate LionsBot robots autonomously to support facility management operations, thereby optimising the cleaning process and save cost for businesses. This MOU also allows the parties to negotiate the terms and conditions of a definitive agreement for LionsBot to distribute SIMPPLE products in geographies where LionsBot are in.

The MOU is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings per share of SIMPPLE LTD. for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
